We invest in off-plan development property
New Development
Our company invests in off-plan developments with a view to capital growth; reserving property on a new development before the property is completed, often before construction has started. The developer is obviously very keen to sell as many properties as early as possible, which helps reduce their exposure, and helps them obtain favourable development loans from banks and investors.
Bulk Property Purchase
We actively broker bulk purchase property deals from developers and pass these deals over to various UK property syndicates. Our dedicated and well-informed team of professionals specializes in sourcing properties with developers and negotiating multiple discounted purchases.
First Time Buyers
We are actively involved in helping first time buyers enter the property market. Because many find it difficult to raise the deposits necessary for a conventional property purchase, we can offer, in limited areas of the country, property with built in deposits and help with mortgages and conveyance.
